Food was excellent and service superb, even on what was shaping up to be a very busy New Years Eve eve . The staff were attentive and made us feel welcome, including our seven year old daughter who loved using the chopsticks.

The food did not disappoint, fresh, hot and tasty. Will be back to sample more of the menu.

We have been here a few times now with a few friends and have never been disappointed. The quality of the food is always excellent, and although its a little more expensive than other local Chinese restaurants, it is well worth it. There is also some great staff, including one member of the team who has a great knowledge of each dish and has been really helpful when we've asked. He clearly enjoys working here, and he is an assest to the restaurant. Great place to meet and eat, with an added quirk of going 'next door' to go upstairs! Try it out and see what I mean!

We went here early in December, I was surprised to read on another review that the service was rude. We did not find this at all. The staff were excellent and engaged in conversation as well as recommending things from the menu. I had the scallops to start and they were delicious my fiancee is vegetarian and had the tofu for the main course. This was, in my opinion, cooked too long as it had started to go crispy. However she was pleased with it and enjoyed her meal. It is a little more expensive than some Chinese restaurants, but given the level of competition near by you cannot blame them.

thanks for your review, we cook our tofu sliced rather tan cubed as alot of our customers say they prefer it crispy (with a bite) and it allows the tofu to take more flavor in from the sauce, if you or your partner would prefer it cubed next time just let us know on ordering and we would be more than happy to assist. many thanks

Still probably one of the best Chinese Restaurants in the area, this is one of the few restaurants that I cannot understand how it gets negative reviews occasionally.

Quite frankly, whilst slightly different to the usual Chinese menus you'll get in the UK, the food here is absolutely top notch. I have yet to find a better place in Chester, Liverpool or Manchester and have visited a fair number.

If you're prepared to try more than the usual Sweet & Sour Pork etc, I can't recommend it enough.
