Stayed there for 2 nights, rooms were small but very comfortable. Staff were always friendly and accommodating - especially the lady who cleaned our rooms. The pub has a great atmosphere however the restaurant was quite pricey for what was on the menu. They did serve up a delicious breakfast though! Easy to travel into both Cambridge and London from here without the busy and hectic atmosphere of the city.

Stayed there for 2 nights. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. The pub is very charming and serves up a delicious breakfast and some dinner option where tasty. Desserts are a bit pricey. Staff was very welcoming, warm and helpful. I would definitely recommend this b&b.
Very close to RAF Duxford.

I stayed here as part of a wedding party so it wasnt a place i picked. But i'm happy to say this place is a little gem of a pub. The staff were all very friendly and the pub itself has all the charm a 300 year old pub should have. The food in the evening was fantastic, pies, steaks, fish etc something for everyone basically. The accomodiation was superb. Very nicely decorated little self contained rooms. All en-suite. The breakfast was huge it even came with black pudding, so much i couldn't eat it all. Very tasty though.

All in all i'd highly recommend this place and if your going to an airshow at IWM up the road stay here and make an evening of it too.

We stayed in the Barleycorn for one night. We wanted a change and thought a country pub might be a nice thing to do. The pub itself is old and atmospheric. Only issue is for those over 6 feet - the low ceilings can be a bother.
The staff are fine, friendly and efficient and the breakfast was excellent.
The room was OK. No complaints but no laurels either. (Minor point, the drainage from the washbasin was rather slow.
We ate dinner at the pub and that was OK as well.
