The Hotel is pretty small (35 Rooms and 7 members of staff) but that makes it even more intimate. We upgraded our room for a very small charge. (It was not skiing season so it was easy to upgrade). The room was quite large and luxurious, with a very beautiful view. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, the experience was very rewarding.

If you are looking for a warm welcome, a pleasant room, a lovely view of the mountains and well-prepared food (both breakfast and dinner), do stay at Hotel Palome. We were off-season, so that we were only one of two sets of guests at the hotel for the one evening. Regardless, we were warmly welcomed and every effort was made to ensure that our stay was lovely. The standard room is on the small side; but, the size is offset by a comfortable small loveseat and a desk chair in front of a flat screen TV. There also is a free minibar of soft drinks and water. Unfortunately, the room was extremely hot during the night and the staff advised us that the A/C, or cooling system, had not yet turned on due to the time of year. All in all, should we return to Andorra, we would try and stay here.

If you are planning a trip to Andorra you have to stay at Hotel Palome. Very clean, comfortable, trendy, and different. Excellent food, service, and rooms. Excellent location and amazing views of the mountains.

Palome is not the cheapest, but the amenity of the manager and all staff is outstanding. The food is good too. Definitely go for half board, it is worth it. Parking is plentiful and free, if you need to keep an eye on the vehicle, that is easy too. The rooms could be larger, but this minor shortfall is made up by the decoration, service, food and cleanliness of the venue. A spa or sauna at least, would help them be even more desirable. This hotel feels warm and friendly, where the staff actually care about guests. A business centre would be good, and an IT person/assistance helpful. All round the staff are so amenable that any discrepancy is rather insignificant.
