Before I booked the room, I have read most of reviews and “strangely” I could not find a complaint. My first question was: Is this real? Fortunately IT WAS! We had been promised a slice of heaven... and people staying here were not wrong.
None of the reviews I've read on Cases Noves Hotel (including this one) seem to do it justice. It has an indescribable something that no one has managed to capture in writing yet.
The hotel, food and hospitality were outstanding. You can tell a lot of details and thoughts have been put in designing this place!
Every meal we ate was superb and served with a sort of Cases Noves originality and pride in a job well done. The breakfast was five course and we learned pretty quickly that lunch was not really required. You will be fine until the main amazing evening meal.
All we can say is "Thank you Toni and Sophia" and encourage everyone to pay this super hard working couple a visit in their fabulous hotel. We will return

After stumbling across Guadalest on Tripadvisor my girlfriend and I decided to visit this wonderful region of Spain and booked to stay in Cases Noves. After speaking to Toni the owner of the hotel through email we decided that this was the place for us and not only did it not disappoint it is quite simply the most beautiful and welcoming place we have ever been and that is just the hotel! In Toni and Sofia you could not wish for not only more welcoming but genuinely warm people as a whole. Our every need was catered for, Sofia even folded and tidied all our clothes while we were out on one of Toni's picturesque walks! This was a pleasant surprise when we arrived back our room after a full days walk through the beautiful Guadalest region and surrounding villages. Toni has designed many routes for the active guest such as ourselves and is essential to avail of when staying at Cases Noves.

The food was stunning and rich in flavour, made by Toni's wife Sofia. The food we received was of top restaurant quality if not better. Breakfast courses kept coming and we were not left wanting for anything, and the three course meal we had was sublime, rich with vibrancy and flavour, some of the best food I have ever tasted. The local wines on offer here are a must try, Toni and Sofia take real pride on locally sourced produce.

Overall the experience was not one of a hotel but was like staying with family.Toni and Sofia have created a very special and warm family atmosphere as they are genuinely kind people who will stop at nothing to make your experience a special one. We have one regret about staying at Cases Noches and it is that we did not stay beyond 2 nights we wish we had of booked longer. WE WILL return to this wonderful hotel and stunning region!!

My fiancée and I stayed here in the superior room for our 'engagementmoon'. Quite simply it is an awesome place run by exceptional hoteliers. Toni and Sophia were lovely and really made us feel at home. My future brother in law had phoned ahead and unbeknown to us had arranged for Toni to put rose petals, champagne and chocolate truffles in our room when we arrived. What a start. Lovely view and the food is exceptional. They are not just your normal B+B meals. The beef cheeks were better that any sirloin steak I've eaten. Certainly worth the 20 euros for the 3 courses. Breakfast looking over the valley was awesome. Don't choose anywhere else within a 30 mile radius! You won't be dissappointed.

Stumbled across this little gem during a recent road trip around Costa Blanca North. Visited the village because we wanted to see El Castell which is perched on top of a craggy mountain. We absolutely loved the place when we arrived so decided to seek out accommodation for a one night's stay. Cases Noves is a B&B with a difference. The owners Toni and Sophi are so warm and welcoming - they truly do want you to thoroughly enjoy your stay in their beautiful house and stunning village. The house is decorated to a high standard with quality furnishings. The beds are very comfortable and the view from our window was of the Castle and mountains - stunning. We ate the 5 course dinner on offer as we were celebrating an anniversary. The food was delicious and presented to such a standard, it would not be out of place in a top restaurant. The 4 course breakfast on the terrace was also excellent, if a little too much food! Could not fault the quality of the place or hospitality of the owners. I would definitely recommend this B&B for anyone wanting a special stay with great food in a very quiet location. Great for those wanting a quality base to go out and sightsee or for those wanting to hike around this very naturally beautiful area (Toni is a mine of information about the best hiking trails). In the evening after dinner, you can read a book or watch one of their huge collection of DVDs in one of the downstairs lounges or in your room. One word of caution, after the tourists go home at around 6-7pm, it is extremely quiet here so if you have kids with you, there is little to entertain them.

Room Tip: We stayed in El Castell which overlooked the Castle, mountains and the valley.

Thank you very much for your review.
We hope that for the next time your visit will be longer, because you know that in our Valley there are a lot of thing to do, not only visit museums (all of them very interesting). Remember that there are a lot walking routes, activities & very close from here a lot places to visit (Polop, Algar Waterfalls, Altea, etc....)

For us is a pleasure receive reviews like this because describe the house like must to be... hospitality, comfortable but... humble.

Thank you very much.
Toni & Sofi.

Second visit here. (The first time we have ever revisited a hotel in many years of travelling) Absolute perfection, master chef standard food, impeccable service, memorably special. Perfect for couples. Sets a standard that few boutique hotels will reach. A stay at cases noves is pure heaven. Toni and Sofie are rightly proud of their reputation. , they are maestros! You will rarely have experienced anything better anywhere, and all very reasonably priced. Tony and Sylvia Pegge.

A top stay during our week (29/4-6/5) in Cases Noves. A cozy and very pleasant stay at a particular location. We had the room Bernia with stunning views of the mountains, castle and the valley and the sea in the distance
Very comfortable box springs made for a good night's sleep. The great silence at night also contributed to this.
Rested and relaxed start in the morning, then to a large and delicious breakfast. What makes the stay top is the personal service and hospitality by Toni and Sofia. The guest is king really here.
The dinners are so good that dining elsewhere is disappointing in quality, but also the service. We are sure that we will come back!

We did 3 beautiful walks (around the reservoir Quadalest, Benifato-Benifato, tour Xirles), advised by Toni. The routes we could download (GPS tracks) thanks to Toni's directions and we got a good overview map of him.
Plenty to see in and around the area.

Tip for visit: What is also special to visit, a few people are aware of this, is the particular park near Benidorm (Alfaz di Pi), 20,000 square meters with various kinds of trees, plants, shrubs and beautiful images. see also www.klein-schreuder.com entrance costs 2 euros (benefit of the foundation). If the gate is closed on Sundays (open to the public if you are with few) just ring the bell! Advance or make a phone call if you would go weekdays.

We were not really aware of what we had to expect from "Cases Noves". A friend of mine had suggested me this place some years ago, but only now we had the possibility to come to this area for climbing. What a nice surprise! The house is wonderful, the view spectacular, the room very cosy and Tony & Sofi simply superlative! And not only the house is nice and confortable: the wifi works perfectly, and technology is well integrated and hidden everywhere. Moreover, food is simply exceptional! Every day new delicious recipes, served with an extraordinary taste!
Our climbing activity has found a perfect rest every evening in this wonderful place! By the way: from here it is very easy to reach alla the main climbing areas in the region, and the closest cliff is just in front of the house!

Room Tip: Every room (only 5 are available) is nice and confortable...

Thank you very much Mr. Melchiorri for your review.
Is true, Guadalest is close to many places to climbing. The place closer, of course, is in Guadalest only 250 mts far from our small hotel. We think that Guadalest is a very good place for people who look for climbing. Ahh thank you very much about your comment of Sophi's cooking.
We hope to see you in the future but... with better weather.
Best regards.
