We have just returned rom two idyllic weeks at Summerlife Apartments which are situated just a stones throw from the beach and the centre of Roda.
We came across these apartments last year while staying elsewhere and immediately booked for summer 2016.
Set in beautiful gardens and with the biggest swimming pool which although owned by the neighbouring apartments is yours to use.
The apartments have everything you need and are cleaned most days with clean towels and bedding.
Helena makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive and will go out of her way to make sure you have everything you need.
We had an amazing holiday so much so we have already booked for summer 2017!!!

Room tip: Every room has fantastic views

We arrived home last week and we are still wishing we were there. Elena warmly greeted us upon arrival and we were shown our apartment. It was the split level one. Great location overlooking Charlie's pool which we were allowed to use. We stayed for 2 weeks and would definitely recommend. We had clean towels, bedding and the room was spotless. Hairdryer, kettle, rings, toaster, microwave . All very handy. Walking into Roda or acharavi was a pleasant walk. Not too far. It was our 2nd time in Roda and we will definitely return. Would recommend you book direct with summerlife. Thanks again elena to you and your lovely family for a great holiday.

Had a lovely 10 days in Roda and stayed at Summerlife. The apartment was basic, but clean and perfect for a family. The setting is beautiful and the pool and grounds exactly as shown in the photos. Situated between Roda and Acaravi, there was plenty of places to walk to for beaches, food and entertainment.

If you want 5 star luxury, this is not the place to stay, but if you want value for money in a clean apartment with lovely staff, then this is ideal.

Room tip: all rooms have views of pool or mountains.

Summerlife Apartments are set in beautiful grounds with a swimming pool at your disposal that belongs to the neighbouring property - Venus apartments. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Elena and her family cannot do enough for you - always on hand if you have any questions or queries. At the end of the lane there is a stoney beach. To the left you will find Roda - really pretty stroll in the evening and a further sandy beach. There are lots of different bars and restaurants to choose from - we ate in the Grill Room most nights, ideal from souvlaki and various meat dishes. There are a couple of supermarkets near to the apartments where you can pick up a few essentials. We stayed in a duplex which was plenty big enough for the two of us, with comfy beds, TV upstairs and downstairs, together with free air con and wifi. We can't wait to return !

Room tip: Upstairs duplex - all overlook the pool

Went for a family holiday in August to these apartments I had read all the reviews.....some good some bad.
The apartments are good they are the apartments we have come to expect in Corfu as this is is our third visit to the island. Bathrooms are small but adequate, all the basic equipment is there cups glasses utensils plates etc in the kitchenette. Beds are ok quite firm but fine to sleep on. We had two of grandkids with us this year so we had one of the duplex apartments which was fine only problem was they have a wooden floor that creaks loudly.
The cleaner came most days we there (7 days) think she came everyday except Sunday to empty bins make the beds and a quick clean around she was very nice lady always smiling and asking in broken English if we were enjoying the holiday. Just to let you know that Summerlife and Venus apartments are on the same site sharing the spacious grounds. Charlie who owns the Venus apartments is a lovely man and so is the lady who looks after the Summerlife side too (sorry can't remember her name) they can't do enough for you.
The only problem we encountered was the Mosquitos when we was there so take plenty of sprays- plug ins etc with you. The apartments are in a quiet area about 100 mts from the beach and ten minutes walk from the main bar resteraunt area of Roda, but there are some bars and shops closer for some essentials. Also it's about 20 minute walk into Acharavi which is quite a busy resort.
It's a lovely set of apartments in a lovely area anybody staying here will have a great time I'm sure.
