“Nudity was fun”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 31, 2014 via mobile

Although you sometimes feel like zoo animals on display because of the spectators that walk by. It really is a great place to hang out. People are fun and the bar is great. They really should not let kids or clothed people on the beach but whatever. It's a must do!!!!

“Stunning and Fun”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 30, 2014

This place is subjective but my wife and I had a great time. We were on a cruise and are avid easy going cruisers. (We have never booked through the cruise ship and just go with it) After getting off the cruise ship we found a four wheeler/dune buggy type (Scooby Doo ) shop. We rented a four wheeler and were off. Took a tour of the island on our own and stopped by the famous airport and watched a couple of planes land and take off. Anyway, we continued our self guided trip around the island and rode down to Orient beach. Absolutely beautiful! If you want to get away for a romantic trip this one isn't for you. There are a lot of people, but I understand why. The white sand beach and water is stunning. There are bars and places to grab a drink all around. Of course you will pay a small fee to use a bathroom that has running water but better than a outhouse. Take a left and its a normal crowded beach, take a right its not nearly as crowded but all you will see is skin. Yes completely nude. It is not sexual at all and all the nude people ( maybe a thousand plus?) didn't even bat a eye at us. This was people watching heaven. We cruised the beach, fully clothed, with beers in hand, walking the beach along the waveline. Overall a great memory and will go back next time. We will upgrade to the dune buggy over the four wheeler for sure. Liked the freedom of doing it ourselves over the cruise line and probably paid less. We got to see the entire Island with hours to spare.

“beautiful beach to spend the day”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 30, 2014

this is one of the best beaches on the island with a wide stretch of white sand to stroll and lots of beach bars to have lunch or quench your thirst. Its a full service beach so you can rent lounge chairs and umbrellas ($10 p.p. US $) as well as parasailing, jet skis, and do other activities. Certain days are busier than others depending upon those pesky cruise ships in port. The nude beach is on the extreme end of the beach which is separated from the rest of the beach. The only real negative to this beach is the constant locals walking back and forth every five minutes trying to sell stuff which can get really annoying after awhile!

“The best beach on the island”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 30, 2014

This beautiful beach may be crowded at times, but there are plenty of places for one to find peace and solitude if that's what is needed. The beach is long enough to take a leisurely 30-40 minute walk from one end to the other. There are a variety of places to eat and get drinks. Water sports are abundant as are beach chairs and umbrellas to rent. The only negative is the constant vendors selling their wares, but they eventually will leave you alone once they realize you don't want to buy their wares. All in all, this was by far my favorite beach ever.

we weren't crazy about this beach - super, super crowded, and the surf was quite rough. fun for people watching, but not our scene.
