The meal was perfect from start to finish. And as for the wine...!
The foie gras is made by the chef and is the best i have ever tasted. The local ham is also perfect.
As for the beef cheek which is apparently a local speciality, wow! Tender and tasty presented beautifully. My partner had rack of lamb done to perfection.
The puddings are simply fantastic - this man is a great chef indeed. Try the souffles... The dining room is elegant and so us the service.
