Our group of 8 popped in yesterday for a wine tasting before we sat down for lunch.
We were welcomed by the staff and taken through all of their wines without being rushed.
Lunch was simple but very enjoyable,
Antipasto platters were the order of the day and a couple of these we're washed down with the Ghost Rock Reisling, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir.
This is a lovely spot for a light lunch and apparently the Sunday music sessions are popular.
Our pockets were lighter on departure but our car boot had some nice bottles to enjoy at a later time.

Thank ushy

Ghost Rock Winery is a wonderful representation of the best Tasmania has to offer in terms of location, wine, food and service. I recommend the lunch platters and the wonderful entertainment that represents the local talent. Take time to become a member and enjoy really good benefits. Great wines, great service and a place I will continue to visit time and time again. Well done.

Having always enjoyed Ghost Rock wines, we finally got round to actually visiting their vineyard. What a delightful place! Beautiful setting, friendly people and delicious food. The menu isn't vast - just a few platters and a couple of desserts - but it's excellent quality. The wines are good, particularly the pinot gris. We are definitely coming back!

Like the previous contributors, we are from Hobart and had not heard of Ghost Rock until randomly coming across the website and seeing a concert in the vineyard which coincided with a week's "at home" holiday we were planning. Loved the vineyard and its setting, loved the concert, loved the wines!

Despite living in Hobart, we had never heard of this vineyard before. We stumbled upon it quite by accident whilst holidaying in the area. Beautiful location, bright and modern building, and a warm and friendly welcome. We had a delightful couple of hours sitting on the deck enjoying the shade, comfort and peace and quiet on a very hot day.
