Of the dozen or so B&Bs we stayed in during our Scotland tour, this was our favourite. Allison and Neal were delightful and genuinely welcoming. I was feeling unwell when we arrived and both Allison and Neal went out of their way to welcome me into their home and help me to feel better with toddys and such. The beds were comfortable and the pillows just right. Allison is a great cook and provided us the best breakfast of our entire trip. Wonderful view of the water and shoreline from the front of the house. All in all, great value provided by genuinely lovely people. We strongly recommend this B&B.

Me and my husband where travelling around Skye and had no where to stay for the night, we saw the sign for the B&B and decided to try there. We got a very warm welcome from Neil, (the man of the house). And was offered a room. The room was very clean, very cozy with fantastic views out the window. After a great nights sleep we woke up to the smell of breakfast being cooked by Alison (the lady of the house). We go downstairs to the dinning area and got a lovely welcome with big smiles from Alison. Breakfast was really nice. We both got big portions and lots of tea or coffee. It was lovely staying in such a warm and friendly place and I would definitely recommend it to everyone! Next time me and my husband go back over we will definitely stay there again.

There's probably not much we can say that hasn't already been said in previous reviews. This has to be our best ever B&B experience, bar none.

We booked on the advice of family who had stayed previously and were fortunate enough to get a room for two nights despite only booking on the day. Alison, the host, is amazing, so friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival we were offered tea and biscuits and Alison sat down and had a chat with us for about half an hour. The next day we were driving around Skye and were offered a flask of tea and plenty of maps for our travels.

The rooms are clean, tidy, and have everything you could need. Breakfast in the morning was great, lots of options and generous portions if so desired which set you up nicely for the day ahead.

If our accommodation for the rest of our trip is anywhere near this standard we will be happy travellers!

Our family was travelling from Canada. Communication was prompt and clear through email. Our hostess was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. The restaurant she suggested (and booked for us!) turned out to be a wonderful surprise (Cajun and French dishes.) The view was extraordinary, with rabbits playing on the lawn in the foreground, and the mountains and coastline of Skye in the background. The room was clean with very comfortable beds. The atmosphere in the breakfast room was very friendly, and we chatted with travellers from France and England, as well as our hostess. Breakfast was delicious. We would highly recommend this B&B.

Our family has stayed in many B&B's and this is one of the best! Ms. Allison is very accomodating, kind and warm. We felt welcome the moment we pulled in the driveway. She is very helpful in helping you find things around the Isle to see and do. Each morning, breakfast was prepared and presented with caring consistency. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend this B&B - outstanding hostess, lovely house in a beautiful location!

Extraordinary because Alison' warmth, professionalism and desire to serve makes Strathgorm well above even the better B&Bs.
We were made to feel extremely welcome, and comfortable. The Scottish breakfast was huge, expertly prepared and served piping hot!
Just outside the home and across the field is a great beach to explore.
If you are travelling near Broadford, or perhaps heading on up the coast to Quiraing(which you should), I highly recommend Strathgorm B&B.

This is one of the two best places we stayed at on our 35 day tour of Great Britain. The house is roomy, attractive, clean and comfortable, our charming room was large and had a great view. No detail was overlooked. The warmth of our hosts made us feel welcome and glad to be there. The breakfasts were generous and delicious. Lots of easy parking.
