“Love this place”
Reviewed June 27, 2013

This was my second visit with grandchildren and although on both occasions it rained we still had a great time. Plenty to do undercover - animals to interact with and milking demonstration, pony grooming, birds of prey demonstation etc etc. It is what you make of it - natural, friendly and educational - has the feel of a real farm. Food is good and staff are friendly. Children do not always need technology and glitz to be entertained and it was great seeing parents actually having to entertain their own children. Will certainly be going again - a dry day next time would be great so they could make better use of the outdoor facilities. Well done Farmer Ted's

“Not safe”
Reviewed June 8, 2013

My son nearly had his eye split open and could have been blinded when a nail was sticking out of the table acting as a way to stop you banging your head on the corner on the table. Other than that it's okay. It has a good tractor ride.

“Average day out”
Reviewed June 1, 2013 via mobile

Lucky for us we visited on a nice day if this was not the case we could have been in and out in 10 minutes.

If you are going for the animals be prepared to have seen everything in no time as we only saw around 10 in total (2 horses, 1 pony, a few sheep and a pig).

The main part of the farm is made up of an outdoor peddle gokart track and a playground which the kids enjoy but considering its a farm it was dissapointing to see all the animals in 10 minutes.

“Excellent Day 2 adults 1 five year old under £50 inc food drink and gift”
Reviewed May 24, 2013

Never visited Farmer Teds before but visited many zoos, safari parks and other animal farm centres around Europe and when it comes to value for money on a small budget at these present times, t was the best. We usually take a pack launch everywhere but as it was a last minute thing we didn't but we thought we will just bite the bullet pay the costs but to our surprise the food was to a excellent standard and at a reasonable price. The little one was entertained from the moment we got there to the end of the day with activities from feeding the animals to watching milking a cow. The biggest credit to the company was the helpful staff they were excellent. This day has made us think about holding the little ones sixth birthday party there next year. Thanks all at Farmer Teds for a wonderful day.

“A well organized farm worth visiting”
Reviewed May 9, 2013

We went to this farm on May 1st 2013,with two kids around 2.5 years. My kids really loved the farm.Especially they liked the outdoor play area and the go-carts.

The animals in the farm are well maintained.

I especially liked the way the farm is organized.

I would recommend this farm to anyone who want to engage their kids for half day .
