Stayed for 2 night. New hotel with clean modern rooms. Food superb in the Beefeater next door. We stopped here and went for a day out in Liverpool. Drove to Ormskirk station, free parking and only 25 mins by train. Staff helpful and friendly.

I had to book to stay in this hotel at very short notice for a funeral and found the staff so helpful from start to finish. Linda kindly booked me a taxi from the Airport as I was arriving late at night andthe lady on the 24 hour check in was very nice at such a late hour!. I was allowed a room to freshen up after the funeral and a taxi was booked for my return trip to the airport that night and everything was so easy and went so smoothly it made the experience a lot easier. The hotel is clean, very new and the breakfast in the Morris Dancers next door was very nice as was the dinner I had in the evening . Thanks to Emily and Karen and Linda for their service with a smile and I hope to return again under happier circumstances and stay in this hotel. One thing is I would have liked a phone in my room as it would make contacting reception easier and also for making local calls it would be easier than on a mobile as the signal is not great in the rooms.

Could not find fault with this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel special. The staff go out of their way to be helpfull and make sure you have everything you want. They have time to chat and ask about your day or the wedding you have attended.

For budget accommodation you wont get better in fact this is the best Premeir Inn we have stayed at.

The food next door in the Morris Dancers (Beefeater) was to a good standard with plenty of choice for both evening meal and breakfast.

I would certainly recommend this hotel. Although on a busy road it was very quiet.

This is an excellent hotel, staff are all friendly and the standard of rooms in relation to the price is excellent. Everything is clean and there is attention to detail such as shower gel/shampoo/soap.

We booked here as the Southport Central property was full and the Waterford Hotel (37 Leicester Street, Southport) has closed for the winter.
We received a very warm welcome from all the staff we came across - about six in all. We ate breakfast twice and dinner early on Saturday evening in the adjoining restaurant. Our dining companions (who live locally) commented on the good food and the prompt service.
This property has been open less than a year and despite being a budget hotel has stylish fittings in the rooms and a flat screen TV.
Our only concern was the somewhat abrupt service we had from a young lad on Sunday morning - he was a bit too keen to see us finish quickly and go!
We had business in Ainsdale and Southport and having a car with us we found this location more convenient than staying in Southport.
We have stayed at three different Premier Inns over the last year - all of them pleasant experiences but this was the best due to the friendly service we received from everyone over 20 and the brand new rooms.
