We stayed at the hotel next door and had dinner one evening, which was a good decision. The restaurant is in a lovely building, with amazing character in the reception area, and the restaurant itself is ?C18 influenced?
The menu is classically oriented, and food presented beautifully. Visually interesting, good range of textures, and intense tastes, for example the pea mousse and the lamb. Garlic soup with cream cheese sorbet a surprise hit, and something I will attempt one day! Staff pleasant.
Wine list is fine, but given the range of Swiss wines which know exist we were surprised to see - comparatively speaking - so few listed.
We'd eat here again for a special occasion, or any time that anyone else wants to treat us :)
