I am surprised that this hotel between 2 huge news buildings provides service which has been not provided by many 5 (five) star hotels in Turkey. Employees were helpful since we step in hotel. Friendly staff assisted us till our room. We were the first customers for this year and we felt like a king. They offered us meal as we liked; testy and delicious. Hotel was very clean, we liked our room cleanness, and nice pool which was good as well. We have been on the beach; they took us by car there and provided basic foods and drinks. There are many flowers at the hotel in different colours. Our kids enjoyed to being in there (it was not busy time for kids run and games :)).

I just need to back up the other bad reviews so that no one else has to endure staying at this horrid english hating hell hole. situated in the middle of an abandoned construction site.
you sholdn't have to pay to go here, you should be sent here for committing unspeakable crimes.
Thank goodness for the friends we met. otherwise we would have come home early.
disgusting fly infested buffet slop which never changes (I can eat saturday night leftover kebab on a tuesday, so i,m not normally that fussy) .
poor rationed drink. served untill 10 ; 30 pm, we were in the queue and got turned away because the clock struck half ten.
lots of other friends tell me how much they love turkey. we must have been really unlucky.
I will take more care with my holiday research next time as looking back all the signs were there.
I was foolish...... don't you be. Enjoy your holiday............somewhere else.

Approx 1hr 20mins from airport with private transfer, arrived at 03:30am was handed key and told where room was, disappointed no one assisted with cases as had 2 children in tow! Opened door to the room and was very happy we had opted for family suite with 2 bedrooms and would highly reccomend. Hotel very clean, evening entertainment not so good, food quite repetative. Staff all friendly and helpful. Caters more for German, Dutch and Russian I would say. Area being built up so would like to go back in a couple of years. Nice not being near town centre, beach not too good as quite pebbably but would reccomend going to see the sun set....truly amazing! Good value for money though and glad we went end of season as not busy or crowded.

Room Tip: Select a family suite with 2 bedrooms if you have children, set on 2 floors with 2 shower rooms and...

Before you read this review please be aware that we are far from snobs ! we stayed here the same week as sk11111 and agree with everything he says, we arrived at 3am and were thrown a key and told more or less where our room was, rooms are clean and modern but take a pair of earplugs as you can hear everything through the walls, the receptionist is'nt the most hospitable of women, be warned if you have any colour put through your hair make sure you don't use the hotels towels as we were charged 40 euro's after my partner got some on one.
We put our two kids in the kids club one morning and they refused point blanck to go again as they were sat at a table and told to draw for two hours
The beach, it's brilliant if you want to spend an hour skimming stones as my 6 yr old did, there are less stones on brighton beach, there is a beach bar for the hotel but it's not the best, we went through a tunnel further up the road from the hotel to get to the beach and were walking through dog muck, fag ends and used condoms, it's never going to get a blue flag.
We went on the hotel bus to the local shops one night and felt very intimidated by the locals harrassing us to buy, luckily we met up with another family who were staying and we stuck together until the bus came for us.
If you book a holiday here be aware that you WILL be in what is effectivly a building site on a dirt road so maybe gogle earth / map it before you book
One last thing, there is nothing anywhere near you here so do your homework before you book and the majority of guests are german and russians so you are going to be in the minority
We stayed at half term and still payed full price but got a reduced service which we were'nt informed about so go in the summer months

where to start!! me and 3 other girls booked this holiday online last minute then deceided to read through these reviews, of which a lot were negative and gave us a bad impression. I can only think that these must have been writen over ayear ago and by complete snobs because we arrived shocked at how modern and amazing the place was.

There is a long transfer from the airport which was very tedious and frustrating considering the drive to gatwick and flight but for the last hour we drove past amazing sights- lots of bazaars and markets lit up and busy at 10pm! If you mentally prepare yourself for the transfer its fine!

We arrived at the foyer which is completely different to the pictures on here- they must have had a overhall refurbish- fresh. clean, modern and gleaming, our bags were taken to our room and we were taken to the restaurant, overlooking the enetertainment, which had closed and brought a meal and drinks. All week the food was amazing- there were burgers, chips and soups for english people but there was also amazing stirfrys, griled chicken, steaks etc. we all went up for seconds!! The food in the pool bar for lunsh was also good- burgers, pasta, fruit, salad and there is an amazing woman making pancakes in the afternoon too. get there for exactly 2.45 to miss the queue though!!

The pools were lush...go put your towels down the night before or before breakfast to get a good spot in the main pool area!! the slides even though only on 1 hr in morning and 1 hr afternoon were so much fun..you didnt feel the need for them to be on all the time and we only went on for a few goes when they were on anyway!

The BEST part of this holiday though is definatly the animation team that put on the enetertainment, considering i anticipated that i would just be sunbathing for this holiday and was fine with that, now i can imagine how dull it would have been without the team there!!! From first thing in the morning there was morning gym (yoga), aqua aerobics (more fun done in gest) leading up to the main pool games! they were amazing, everybody gets involved (some of the holland people get very competetive btw!) and it is just so much fun! afterwards you all do the club dance and are left in high spirits for the rest of the day. there is also darts and table tennis in the afternoon. i wasn't so much bothered about those but by the last few days i joined in and it was also lots of fun talking to the other guests!

After dinner we would take our seats for the night entertainment and unless your a hard core rave person yu wont be dissappointed! there was first bingo (which were 13 euros for 1 ticket which seems like a rip off but you play about 6 games on one card so was actually good value-plus we won 3 times!), then we entered a girls v boys comp...and won again!! games like suck and blow, pop the balloon etc...all good fun (must warn though english people are few and not so popular so may not win the popularity contest!), then Mr Mermaid comp which was hilarious...you end each night with the club dance which was probably my personal fav part of day and night!! The whole team are friendly, amazing fun and became good friends.

So you can prob gather from my review you needn't leave the hotel (btw the beach was nice and clean, only a 5 min drive with the hotels transport but sand is hot, not entertainment so would rather sunbath at pool!) but if you want excursions then there are plenty to choose from. with limited funds we opted just for the bay trip which was also good fun. all inc food and drinks although it is 10am till 3pm with one lunch and you py extra for snacks so take some of your own. the guys running it were good value, dancing, joking and putting on cliff diving entertainment! I jumped off top deck once and stupidly held my nose then popped my ears so as long as you dont do that it is fine...jump!!

Lastly the night life is amazing to see because its like rio- a carnival in the street, lights, dancing etc but could only do 1 hr!! I didnt bother with shopping but if you want there are millions of shops, restaurants and markets to go to. my friends went and came back with cherries, strawberries and perfumes (might be fake but only 10 lira!)...

Anyway just BOOK IT!!!! you wont be dissappointed and will come back with good friends and memories...Im going back for two weeks in september!!
