The restaurant is located ideally with excellent views to the harbour which sets the atmosphere.
The fish menu is excellent with lots of attention to detail to every dish. This is explained by the waiter - a friendly and charming gentlemen who knows his way around wines in intricate details. All worth five stars and I would come back despite the sulky waitress.She was called Sarah, I think. Sje uttered one remark about me behind my back plus looked sulky and really looked like she could not be bothered. At one point I had not heard what she had explained about the ingredients in the sauce and she arrogantly retorted "as I just said this court bouillon is based on white wine and butter and not cod...". Actually quite a rude attitude. I am wondering why she does not feel honoured to be able to work in a restaurant of this calibre. Maybe unemployment is just not high enough in Denmark.
