My family and I stayed at the villa in May for a week during the Romeria Festival.
I know the area well and was delighted to find Casa Blanca.
It literally was perfect! The villa was absolutely spotless, bedding and towels provided, nothing was too much trouble.
After long days lay by and swimming in the gorgeous pool we enjoyed a BBQ every night in the tranquil and beautiful garden terrace.
It’s so peaceful, we have never slept so well and we can’t wait to go back next year, already booked.
As per the title, it’s paradise!
Thank you and see you soon x
The approach to the villa was breathtaking, being situated near the top of a hill, with an amazing view. The villa was very comfortable and well equipped. It was very hot when we were there, so we took full advantage of the pool, lazing on the very comfortable sun loungers, and the gardens had plenty of colour despite the dry spell. The only interruption to our swim one day was a goat herder and his goats, which was totally unexpected, but such fun to hear and watch!
We did venture out a couple of times, once to Almogia which you can easily drive to, or as we did, an energising walk. We would also recommend going to El Palo on the coast, where we had lunch and an obligatory ice-cream!
We spent most of our evenings sitting outside admiring the view!
All in all, we had the peaceful and tranquil holiday we were hoping for and would highly recommend Casa Blanca.
We stayed in Casa Blanca for a wonderful week in May. Although the weather wasn't always too kind, we couldn't fail to be absolutely impressed with the property and the grounds. Our first impressions were "wow" and this continued throughout the week, a beautiful terrace, lovely large pool, many mature flowers and shrubs, complete privacy and a very highly appointed interior. Everything was just right! So much so we immediately booked again for next year.
Myself and my partner Kevin have just returned from a week in the beautiful ‘Casa Blanca’ villa just outside Almogia.
The accommodation is stunning with fantastic facilities inside making it feel like a real home from home.
It gets even better outside with gorgeous outdoor areas and an amazing private pool boasting stunning views over the countryside. It’s a great base for exploring the Costa Del Sol coastline and all its towns and villages as well as heading in land through the mountains to the amazing ‘El Torcal’ limestone formations near the lovely town o Antequera.
Almogia itself is a charming town nestled in the edge of the hills with winding streets and friendly locals. The local tapas bar was very good and excellent value.
Whether it’s a lazy time by the pool or an action packed holiday, the villa is a great base. The owner Roz and facilitator Sharon couldn’t do more to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would definitely come back.
