We visited this hotel for one night on 27th September 2012. The owner seemed very kind and helpful and the room was OK. The bed was comfortable and the room we had afforded excellent views.
The fabric of the hotel was aged and jaded, but clean. The evening meal was poor and very basic, being unsubstantial and extremely poor value for money. Breakfast was even worse value. On the basis of the two meals we had, we definitely would not use this hotel again.
The impression we had was that because they probably would never see us again it was OK for them to rip us off with the meals, so as to make more profit. We drove away from the hotel with a slightly empty feeling in more ways than one.

Room tip: Ask for a room with corner window.

The hotel is a family run Hotel. As such, one gets a family warm greeting upon arrival and a warm feeling while staying. We were there for two nights while travelling the area.As this is low season we had the entire Hotel for our selves. The hosts, Antonio and Sarah, were very friendly and gave us valuable advice on where the best spots to tour the area are.The hotel also serves as a restaurant with speciality dishes and very reasonable prices. Our room was big, clean, with a wonderful view to the mountains. Breakfast was rich and full.

Room tip: Ask for a room with a view. Different sizes available as well.

Excellent small family run hotel. Extremely friendly owners and very hospitable. The scenery around is just breathtaking so certainly a great location. Secure parking and a few local restaurants to choose from aswell as the hotel. Only gripe I would have is the size of the beds.

This small hotel is located in a very nice village up the hillside from the main route to Formigal. The village is well preserved and the new houses are in keeping with the old. The Perez family built it in the 1930s and still run it in a very personal and friendly way. The compact rooms have been well modernised and most have excellent views of the spectacular mountains. The hotel has its own small car park and a short walk through well tended gardens brings you to the terrace and adjacent bar/cafe. There is also a lounge, restaurant serving good local food and an elevator. We would definitively rate this as 3* and it is inexpensive. It's a good central location not just for the Tena Valley and ski resorts but also historic towns in the foothills and into the French Pyrenees just a short drive away.

Room tip: Ask for the room with views in both directions
