Talk about serendipity, our friends, who go to Tarrega regularly, had lunch at this place one day and were so impressed by it they wanted to explore it further. It so happened that we were visiting them and were invited to come along for dinner. What an unforgettable repast this turned out to be! We ordered about a dozen tapas and every single of them was beyond delicious. The chef uses only local organic ingredients, practicing the "zero kilometer" principle. But what sets this place apart from the other restaurants is that he strongly believes that tasty and healthy food should be available to everyday people, not just the rich ones. Therefore he keeps the prices very reasonable. I almost hate to tell anyone about this place lest it would become too popular. Lastly I just want to mention that I never knew yucca flower and rosella (red poppy) could be so flavorful.
