As we visited in June (low season), Amelibia wasn't open in the evening during our stay in Laguardia, but we managed to visit for lunch. The restaurant itself is just outside the city walls, but a short walk from anywhere in town.
I would describe the food as modern Spanish. It used the fabulous local ingredients to make classic modern dishes. The portions were very generous. We both had huge starters and delicious main courses. For dessert I had cava with lemon sorbet which was lovely. Definitely the best food we ate within Laguardia.
