I just came back from quick trip from Tokyo and stayed at this place. It was grand opening day so, I should say stuff at front desk were not trained well but I okay. It is my first time using so called Business hotel in Japan. This hotel offer everything you need. Free Japanese style breakfast, pajama, shampoo, conditioner, soap, slipper, tooth brush and small items and free wifi....if you need they have computer available at loby or even they rent you one(this is first come first servise). As you know most of hotels in Japan can not offer a big space like here in states. But why not.....we don't spend all day in room anyway. I stayed in room number 832 with no view. ( I guess you can request Bay view? or river view room.) Well that room was so small but clean except construction worker forgot to add one of crown molding to ceiling. There are so many restaurants, fast food and convenient store close by. You can work to Shinagawa JR station for 15 mins to 20 mins, it depends on which streets you take. They have comp shattle service from Shinagawa station ko-nan exit not Takanawa side exit every 30 mins to hotel.Shuttle driver was friendly and nice. There were so many chinese people as tour group so breakfast time was.....wow out of words. Hotel needs to organize it's system a little more user friendly. It was mess.
I saw one African American (maybe English) lady there as one of their stuff otherwise japanese stuff only who knows if they speaks other langage or not. Front desk was always busy and long line. I guess they were adding self servise kiosk to check yourself in. Over all I liked this place. You can not beat price compaire to other known hotels in Tokyo and location was not bad at all. I wish.... English TV channel was available. With that many Gaikoku jin facility needs to post information in other language through out hotel......and don't forget to smile to customers.
