We ate here about six years ago and we were not very pleased with the place, but decided to give it a second try especially since it was a Sunday night and we couldn't find any other place that struck our fancy. We probably won't return for a third visit.
We were able to put together an order using the picture menu, but no one came to take our order. We learn we had to get up and go to the cashier/bartender to place the order and pay. Then we were given a number on a stick for the table. The waitress showed up eventually with our food. We ordered a salad with bacon, some scallops, some chicken and chips, and a skewer of lamb. The lamb was bland, the salad a bit shy on veg, the scallops nothing much, the chicken was good. The beer was awful. And, the pub was very noisy and dark.
More of a drinks place than a food place?
One tip - there is an elevator near the entrance to the Hub, which is located one flight down. It is not intended for use by the Hub's patrons, but if you are elderly or injured or tired, do use it and snake your way around the barrier at the lower level.
