Google maps, Google images, and Wikipedia. That's the tour in a nutshell. Maybe I took the wrong tour, or perhaps she waited until I left, but in the 2 hours and 15 minutes that I followed along there wasn't a single ghost story told in the "Ghosts and Goblins" tour. It should be renamed to "Folklore and Fairytales" really. What was even more disappointing was that I knew everything she talked about beforehand, simply by reading up on the lore of Japan in my free time. And unfortunately it was not interesting to listen to, as Lily was a poor story teller. Bland, generic statements, and she had a tendancy of falling into far too many uninteresting tangents about architecture. Out of everything I did in Japan, this was the most disappointing.
Maybe it would be more interesting if you know nothing about Japan's folklore and creatures before going in. Maybe it was an off day. Maybe I had too high of expectations. Whatever it was, I left the tour quite disappointed that I didn't get my ghost story.
