Asakusa Imahan serves A5 wagyu at very reasonable price. It's not to be mistaken with Ningyocho Imahan, which is better in food quality but also much more expensive. Went there for lunch but i think the dinner menu is quite similar in price. Still they use branded wagyu and all A5 quality. They are more famous for sukiyaki but we had steak instead. Ordered the ~6000yen set and found the steak too marbled to the point where it's hard to swallow. But still it's probably better than ANY real wagyu one would find outside of japan, even in 5 star hotel restaurants. I would recommend ordering the 4000yen set instead.
Btw, there was a black board telling the brand of wagyu, the quality of beef (all were A5) and the serial number of the cows they used that day.
