I stayed here for a night a few years ago. I booked my stay for the night of the Sumida River fireworks, so that I wouldn't have to trek all the way back to where I was staying through the hundreds of thousands of people. It turned out to be a great decision, because I was in my capsule within 20 minutes of leaving Senso-ij temple (after some night time snacks), while my friends spent more than an hour trying to get into one of many crowded trains.
This capsule hotel is steps away from Senso-ji temple. They provide a yukata in case you forget your pajamas, and have spacious lockers for you to lock your stuff in. The lockers are down the hall from the capsules, which was a bit annoying every time I wanted to get something but not a huge deal.
The front desk people were helpful, even though they didn't speak a lot of English. They had misplaced my reservation (that I'd made months in advance), but were able to accommodate me. You pay for your room through a vending machine, which seemed really interesting.
Mostly, the best part of this place was the location. The room was comfortable enough, but the blinds don't block out all the light, and are not even remotely sound tight so you can hear everything anyone outside your capsule is saying.
