I won't be very original ... Yet I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, especially for Ms Tomoko's help ;

The plus :
- Kindness of the staff, english speaking
- Room has a lot of services (tea in room, air con, fridge - quiet big)
- Wifi and 2 computers in the "lobby" and LAN / cable internet in the room
- Location ! (on JR and 1 toei line, and the station is just 3 minutes apart and not big so you don't need to walk 10 minutes from the exit to subway ...)
- Breakfast available for 630Â¥

The minus :
- No english channel on TV (not so bad for me but I couldn't use it then)
- Small room (for one person ok)

In the neighbourhood :
- Lawson shop (ATM inside unfortunately doesn't accept international bank cards) ~100 m
- Post office ~ 100 m (ATM)
- Beya arashio (google arashio) 15 min. on foot -> you can just go and see sumo training on your way on one morning
- Akihabara (electric town) 10-15 min. on foot

In case you want to go to the TSUKIJI Fish market : tuna auction, I went by taxi and it costed me 2200Â¥, and I found a taxi really easily (100 m from
Hotel...)

I arrived in the late evening and spent 7 nights there, it was the start of my new life in Japan, before I can move in to the student village.
Thanks to all the friendly staffs, it was a great memory, though I can only speak very little Japanese, they listen to me very carefully and nicely. Maybe I was the one who stayed there the longest, they gave me a small gift.
It's really a great location with convenient transportation. You can go to the famous Akihabara just by walk within 10 min, and Asakusa within 15 min walk, and easily to go to Ginza by subway.
The room is small but super clean and with every thing you need.

The hotel is located in a quiet street just off the main road, about 5 minutes walk away from Asakusabashi station. The staff were very friendly, and were conversant in english, and were able to provide travel advice, etc. The room was small, but it was clean and cosy. Room facilities were adequate as well.

This hotel is placed in a great location: a quiet street, with subway and JR stations (Asakusabashi) right around the corner. Akihabara is just ten minutes away on foot: from there, you can go anywhere in Tokyo with little effort!
My room was no-smoking, clean and comfortable; this was my first time in Tokyo and I was a bit scared by what I read on the Internet about the size of hotel rooms in this city, but it was just right to me: a big bed (quite cosy), a tiny fridge (useful!), a TV (never turned it on, actually), air conditioning, bathroom. There was also a desk with (free) LAN Internet access and an electric water boiler for tea.
The service included towels, yukata, disposable razor and toothbrush/paste.
On the ground floor you can use wi-fi for free, you can spend some time in the little common room, buy a drink from a vending machine, and use one of the computers provided for guests. There's also a laundry room but I actually never used it.
But the real special feature of this hotel is its staff: they are English-speaking, they are very nice, always helpful and ready to help with any questions you may have (which can be quite handy, especially if you're in Tokyo for the first time like I was). They really make your stay enjoyable, and even gave me a present when I checked out!
Long story short, if you are looking for an affordable hotel with a great staff in a convenient location...you should stop searching and book here.

The staff are very helpful and it was an enjoyable stay, right around the corner from the subway/JR rail station. The English was excellent and hey were able to offer advice for travel and tourism in the area. You definitely get what you pay for.

Room Tip: Please look at the list of facilities and remember that it is a hotel rather than a hostel. Travell...
