Always stay at this hotel whenever we visit Tokyo. Love the convenient location. Airport limousine straight from Narita and Haneda right in front of the hotel. Underground station is also right at the back of the hotel. Many shops and restaurants are around. Nice and clean room but might be a little small.More

Nice hotel
located in a nice place. We had a good stay here. rooms are bit small, but usually in japan hotel room are average in size when compared to other countries. Breakfast is good. had choice for all. My family enjoyed the stay here.

Conveniently located in Ikebukuro
The hotel was not far from subway station, making it a convenient hotel to travel in and out of ikebukuro to other places in tokyo. The staff was nice and friendly. Direct bus service to and fro Narita Airport. The room was small, but clean. View from my room at level 23.

Great hotel, service & location!
We love our stay at d hotel so much that we plan to return again next year! The staff hv a list of train stops n lines to chg to in order for tourists to reach tourist destinations. We appreciate that thoughtful service fr d hotel. The staff all spoke reasonably good English n were all very professional n helpful. It's worth every penny to stay here.

Trip to Tokyo Hotel Metropolitan.
We enjoyed the place so convenient to travel in Tokyo! With so many places to go.
The hotel services and staff are friendly.
There are many tourist coming here.
There is much to shop.
Food is good and the train services are excellent.

Good hotel and service
A good hotel and service. Rooms are well maintained and staff is professional and helpful. Rooms are of good size, and are large in Tokyo standards.

Location is a bit off the main attractions but it is well connected and plenty to do around the hotel in terms of food and shopping.
