“The ultimate view in Tokyo”
Reviewed June 5, 2013

Getting to the Sky-tree is easy from about anywhere in Tokyo. I got there about 8:30 am and I got in the que outside the building. I waited about 1 and a half hours before I could pay and go up. I Paid 2000 yen and then I made my way to the very fast elevator. When you get to the first level the doors open with a beam of light and your greeted by the staff when you walk out. The view was amazing to say the least. I paid another 750 yen to get my photo taken by the staff and have it printed just for a nice soviernier. I walked around the entire first level to take in the sights. You could pay another 1000 yen to go up to the highest level but i didn't bother. while your there you can have light refreshments from there cafe but this seemed very expensive as you can imagine. Some parts of the floor are glass so you can see the drop beneath you !

A must visit if your in Tokyo but because this tower is still very new, it will be busy so get there early if you can.

“Awesome at Night and No lines!”
Reviewed May 31, 2013

Visited Sky Tree on a cloudy May night and it was amazing. The lights of the city are endless. We spent $20 to go to just the first level which is 350 meters high and is plenty. And, best part is that after 8 pm when we arrived there were no lines to go up. This attraction can have waits of over one hour on some days.

“Great Views!!!”
Reviewed May 29, 2013

Should you happen to visit Tokyo - well this place is a must see. Great views from all angles and there are two superb viewing decks. The first deck is 350m high and will cost you Y20 000.00 and the second deck which is at 450m will cost you an extra Y10 000.00. It's very easy to get to site using the extensive Tokyo metro/subway systems from all four corners of Tokyo. Get there early to get a ticket because the place is at times packed.
A huge mall is located at the base of the Sky tree with other attractions including an aquarium. By the way the Tokyo Sky tree at 634m is the second tallest structure in the world after the Burj Khalifa in Dubai

“loved it”
Reviewed May 26, 2013

Amazing place, with amazing views! It is crazy busy no doubt about it. Do yourself a favor, but the tickets online and save yourself the hour plus wait in line to buy the tickets. I was upset though they charge you yet another twenty dollars to go to the upper level. There are lots of people in the observation area, but spectacular views. The area around it is also very nice. Asakusa is a great area with shops, restaurants and the Sensoji Temple. Also in Ueno nearby there is large park area, great place to relax.

“Second tallest tower in the world”
Reviewed May 25, 2013

I went here with my girlfriend and after going through the huge mall that the Tokyo Sky Tree is connected to, we decided to go up to the tower itself.

The view from Tokyo Sky Tree is amazing, you can even sit down and eat dinner there. I highly recommend to go at night and make sure that it's not cloudy.

Amazing experience.
