Having sampled many Italian restaurants outside of Europe we were excited to try the best reviewed in Tokyo but were ultimately disappointed. The food was ok with the exception of the pork roll pasta which was lovely. One of the biggest disappointments was the wine. Considering that this is run by an Italian we would have expected some sort of wine list or information about what we were ordering other than red or white. It was quite expensive compared to other restaurants we went to and were presented with very small glasses. The wine itself was ok but again probably the least good we’ve had in Japan. Certainly not a place to avoid but nothing special and not the best Italian in Tokyo.
