Superbly located hotel off quiet street but within easy walking distance of all the sights, amenities and Shinjuku station. If tired after hard days exploring, take a taxi from Shinjuku station, at only around 500 yen it's very cheap.
We stayed in a Delux Hollywood twin on seventh floor for three nights which had a good view and was reasonable size. Look at the m2 room size details provided though, three to five m2 is a big difference for a small hotel room to begin with. We also stayed in a Superior Hollywood twin for one night and the size difference was noticeable (Tip to hotel, do away with the hanging chairs! suspect they never get used and take up too much room. Also provide space under beds for cases) The beds were very comfy and the rooms otherwise well equipped (The heated, auto toilets are awesome!) Wi-fi bit hit and miss in our room at one of the extremities of the building, but it was ok elsewhere.
The view from the rooftop cafe bar is fantastic and worth a stay on its own (tip to hotel: why play jazz in a funky Tokyo hotel? obviously it's inoffensive but in the largest and one of the coolest cities on the planet, surely there must be plenty of local alternatives?)
We found the breakfast selection to be very comprehensive and definitely worth having. The staff were also helpful, attentive and friendly.More
