The staff in this hotel needs to smile more often. Everytime I pass by the lobby, they will greet you but with a neutral expression on their faces. They will help only if you ask them to and they would not go beyond their duties.
The rooms were reasonably clean and comfortable.
You could loan a wifi router from the Front Desk with a substantial deposit.
6-10 mins walk back after drinking sessions from kabukicho depending on how drunk you are.

Small rooms, but a great location on the main road and not too far to walk from Shinjuku station. Everything you need is close at hand. The underground shopping strip on the opposite side of the road has many hidden gems for eating, but gets crowded at lunchtime due to all the office towers above. Views from the room windows are not worth looking at - just adjacent buildings and roofs.

I had a small room, very clean and practical but small, very small. I prefer having a place where I can enjoy staying but this hotel didn't give me tha possibility.

Kind and efficient staff, a little impersonal.

Location ok for subway access.

Good location near transportation system. We used it as a base for our Tokyo sightseeing and we ended up only sleeping there. Next time I'll select a place where we can stay, where we can live Tokyo. This hotel has tiny rooms so it's impossible to use it as an apartment, my mistake. Rates ok, very clean. Nothing to report more than that.

I was not iimpressed by this hotel, small rooms and impersonal. I arrived earlier than check in time and they asked for a lot of money to allow me in earlier, not friendly. Anyway location is reasonable, near transportation and restaurants. Rates not too low but acceptable. Clean, normal decoration I think I will not come here again.

stayed here after landing at 5am. Caught the Limobus to the Hyatt nearby and walked easily around the nice shinjuku area. Very easy to then visit nearby temples/shrines, sky scrapers, shopping areas and the very nice national gardens. Also very near shinjuku station for getting around.

The rooms were pretty spacious compared to other hotels, and a good price for the hotel too. It's a little bit smaller as a hotel, and less shiny that big hotel chains. Breakfast is ok, although I wouldn't touch the scrambled eggs again myself. But several hotels did it that way, so it must be a local thing, like chicken nuggets for breakfast...

They were helpful with looking after my luggage and giving me advise, while I zombie-walked around Tokyo until checkin at 3pm. Would definitely stay there again if going to that part of Tokyo.

This wasn't too bad. It's in a pretty good location and is about a 15 minute walk to JR Shinjku station. The room was extremely small. I've been to hotels in Tokyo and I know they are generally small. But this one was absurd.

This hotel is near the business part of Shinjuku. If you can, look a little more East if you want to be near the nightlife. But honestly, it's only a 20 minute walk or so to that part of Shinjuku so it's not bad.

It was right beside a Family Mart and 7-Eleven and in Japan, that's always a bonus!
