The view was not the best compared to other places in Tokyo but it was free. Also, there was a good souvenir shop inside so overall it was a positive experience.

Great views from the top of the towers, they say you can see Mt. Fuji on a clear day, but whether you can or not the views of the city are magnificent.

There is hardly no wait to go up the elevators and the operators are courteous and speak some English. It is also worth visit the open atrium and sculptures.

Wonderful views of Tokyo. We went up both in the morning and evening. Good souvenir shopping. Great outing especially being free.

It's a short walking distance from Shinjuku station (around 8'). You can see this TWIN TOWERS clearly from Shinjuku station. There is an observation deck on each of North and South tower. To access to observation deck, use Observatory elevator on 1st Floor, (Note: there is a security check before you can get in line), line is moving pretty quick since elevator is SUPER FAST. Everything is fast in Japan, from internet to bullet train, sushi train and this elevator. Lol. Elevator's guides will take you up to 45th Floor. As soon as exit elevator, from a panoramic window, you can view the whole Tokyo (or almost) from 663ft above the ground . On a clear day, you can also view Mt Fuji (I took a picture from my cellphone, I could see just the top of Mt Fuji which covered with snow). Observation deck also has a gifts shop and cafeteria.

I enjoyed this place a lot. The view is awesome and best of all, IT'S FREE. (Where can you find a free attraction in Tokyo? Lol).

Tips:
- Before you leave, don't forget to get all travel pamphlets from Japan National Tourist Organization (JNTO) office on 1st Floor. This is only place that I could find those pamphlets or brochures in English.
- Depends on where are you coming from, these are trains that pass by Shinjuku station: Yamanote, Chuo, Keio, Sobu, Odakyu, and Marunouchi lines.

The observatory point is indoor (no possibility to go outside) and it smells like cheap fried food because of the restaurant that takes up half of the floor. You get a good view and it's not too crowded, but the place is definitively not as beautiful as other skyscrapers I've been to
