Stayed for 4 days. Was the best hotel experience I have ever had. Service was beyond outstanding. The room was very spacious (even though we had a cot in it too). Our view was spectacular. Breakfast was fantastic - especially the huge stack of pancakes!

Excellent location, superattentive staff. Fantastic views and very well sized rooms. One of those hotels were their staff takes car of you from the time stepping out of the taxi until the last second of your stay. A true 5-star!

Probably one of the best Hotels I have stayed in in terms of Location and feel, had a corner Park view room; you literally wake up with Fuji neside you in bed!
The rooms are extremely high quality. Had a bit of a lost in translation moment when arrived as came through ground floor entrance to the tower si took half an hour to find the hotel!
New York Grilll is extortinate but has to be done! Food goid but not anazing.
Pool is unbelivably fab, breakfast superb.
Overall a fab hotel, but if you want to feel Japan you wint feel it here but is a treat fir those who sampled the wonders of the country.

I have traveled to many 5 star hotels for business. This is the absolute best. Rooms are large and tastefully furnished. Showers have spray from the top and sides for a nice massage. Aesop lotion that they provide in the rooms is the best I have ever tried. Pool is on the top floor with great views of shinjuku city. New York grill is a very solid restaurant with the best foie gras terrine. the concierges remember your name and provide the best advice for real restaurants in the city.

We stayed there for one week and was a great experience. The service is the best and it really stands out comparing to other Hotels at the same level. The New York bar at the top level is also a plus, is worthwhile. Perfect!

We had a fantastic short holiday and decided to cap it off with a final night here--what a great choice! Fantastic views from the rooms and brilliant service was a great way to cap off a Tokyo experience.

This hotel has everything: fabulous views; delicious food; friendly, helpful, attentive staff; comfortable beds; great bathroom amenities from Aesop (and a fun toilet/bidet that actually sprays your butt and then heats it dry); large rooms with big windows that overlook the city; a library from which you can borrow books; and free wi-fi (so many other high end hotels charge for it and make it seem like the higher the price hotel the more they charge for wi-fi). I can't say enough positive comments about this hotel. I would stay here again any time I'm in Tokyo. The hotel is convenient to the train and the subway station, is within walking distance of at least three parks and a big shopping center, and is on top of office buildings and restaurants and little shops. The food is pricey but well worth it. There is nothing I would change about the Park Hyatt Tokyo.

Room Tip: The higher the better unless you are afraid of heights, and then if so, you may want to stay elsewhe...
