Stayed here 6 years ago and it still offers good value, clean rooms, good location and friendly service. Rooms have been refurbished since previous stay to a sleek modern finish. Rates were cheaper than before at A$145 per night which is exceptional value for Tokyo.
In hindsight, we should have accepted an upgrade offer upon check in of A$25 per night for a larger room as the standard rooms are honestly a bit too small for two people with large suitcases. But, if you can make do with the squeeze and the labyrinth of tunnels at Shinjuku station, then this is the place for you.
