Plus points: lots of shops and eateries around. Near train and metro stations. Room cleaned properly, with adequate toiletries. Good breakfast.
Minus points: very small room with no closet or wardrobe. Just two hooks on the wall. Only one very small drawer.

What market does this hotel service you should ask? The rooms are barely adequate in size. If you have a leaning towards the claustrophobic don't stay here. Perhaps I should explain. There are no robes, hanging space is on the wall. There is a bar fridge, but no bench tops or table. Forget armchairs or divans there is a small footstool that slides out of the way, thankfully. One bedside table only between two single beds. But don't expect to walk around the beds and if you have a suitcase or anything else in your travel kit, it goes under the bed. There is simply no room anywhere in this the tiniest room I have ever stayed in.
So the answer to the first question is the middle market for company seminars. If you are a tourist you may require more.

Room Tip: If you must stay here ask for a large room

Perfectly ordinary Japanese business hotel close to Shinjuku station. Coming from the JR station, exit the east gate and head north. Can also be reached underground. No problem walking, even with luggage. The rooms are small, but not tiny. Singles have a double bed. Regular Japanese amenities: shampoo, soap, robes, slippers, toothbrush, razor, qtips, etc... Safe in room. Wifi is free and pretty good both in the lobby and in my room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet despite the party going on outside the hotel. Reasonably priced when reduced rates apply. You can do better for the rack rate probably. Blackout curtains make it dark and quiet in the room, so get a wake up call if you need to be somewhere. There are nearby restaurants open all night.

We stayed on the 24th floor in a deluxe room. Staff very helpful and hotel in a fantastic location - check out the Robot Restaurant nearby for a crazy experience! Train station close by. As we were so high up noise was not an issue but it may be in lower rooms? Comfortable bed and all the amenities. Good WiFi connection.

Stayed there for 2 nights in Feb, it is located near Shinjuku station and takes around 5 mins to walk. We had a twin room but it is pretty small in the size of bed and the room itself, hardly any spare space on the desk. Had to open the luggage on the bed....
We were on the 18th floor but still could hear the noise when the train pass by.
You can get hot water near the lift area on the same floor.
No free wifi in room but there is at the lobby area.

Room Tip: lower floors should be much nosier.

Stayed for New Years eve with a friend of mine and as expected it was considerably expensive due to the date.

What did we get? A very small room, no breakfast, no wifi.

The hotel had a very dated feel to it. When i was checking out it seemed like there was a swapmeet or something going on in the basement/reception area.

The room itself was really nice, however, it was very small, as was the bathroom and for the price, not good value at all. But it is in Shinjuku, so it is very conveniently located to all the sites that has to offer.

If you are looking for something close to Shinjuku, this is a good place to stay, but other than that i wouldn't really recommend it.

Great location near to JR Shinjuku station (connected underground via the "Subnade,"). Surrounded by Kabukicho and Golden Gai nightlife area. The room was small but comfortable. Hotel is well kept, recently refurbished room was attractive with awesome views of skyscraper district. We had a nice view of Shinjuku from our window. McDonalds is just across the street.

One minor issue is that the lack of wifi in the rooms. Wifi was available in the reception area, but there was a distinct lack of seating down there. The other issue was you need to get hot water outside to make your coffee/tea as they did not provided it inside the room. Overall a very good experience.

Room Tip: Spend a bit more and get Deluxe room (30sqm) instead of choosing their unbelievable small standard r...
