First trip to Japan/Tokyo and am glad to be staying at this hotel.
Simple, clean, nice and most importantly value for money. Location initially hard to locate, but once you found it, you will find it to be an excellent quiet location and yet close to the various buzzes of Shinjuku.
Room wise, small in fact for some very small. For the price paid, no complaints. However, for bigger size people, you will have difficulties moving in the bathroom/toilet (even I find it rather tight).
Breakfast, small selection but adequate. Again, very value for money. Love the roll and bakery.
This hotel seems to be targeted more to the Japanese market not just because of such room size will not appeal to most International/Western travelers. During my stay, I can say almost 90% are Japanese and I am pretty sure I am the only non-Japanese at breakfast during my 5 nights stay.
Also, the website do not have an English option. Even if you try to google translate it, you will probably end up not knowing how to book. However, I am quite lucky to have a good friend whom knows Japanese and has a special local site to book through.
Good for single traveller as well.
