Best Hotel is really an excellent choice for staying in the heart of happening Shinjuku. It is connected by 2 Tokyo Metro stations in walking distance, even the main Shinjuku station is less than a Km away. I especially appreciated the strictly no-sleaze atmosphere they radiated, along with a 24-hour manned front desk. The smiling reception (and not to forget the candy at the counter) was really welcoming at the end of a long day of hectic tourism.
We stayed as a family of 3 for over a week here. The room had 3 beds, which were ample sized, a bath (with a tub) and separate WC. The counter table in the room contained a wash basin. Tea kettle was provided, as well surprise gifts of macha tea bags.
The room was cleaned and towels changed on a daily basis, living up to its full service hotel status. We did not take breakfast here, though its available at a very reasonable cost by Tokyo standards.
Would definitely recommend for all visitors and return if I were to pass by.

Room was spacious and super clean and has everything you need. Good toiletries, great shower and good bedding. Plenty of space for our luggage as well. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Location is 5 mins from the nearest station. It gets really busy on a Saturday! Plenty of places to eat and a 7-11 close by too.

Just stayed for 5 nights. Room was spacious and had everything you need. You don't want to spend any real time there, just use the room for sleeping and showering. Amenities good, staff friendly and easy access around the building. Location is great just a few minutes walk to the Shin-Okubu station and plenty of food options close by.
