As a Canadian traveler, this was the first traditional convener belt style sushi we tried and it was a fantastic experience. I am always a bit timid of trying random restaurants but this was one of the better experiences from my Japan trip.
The staff made us feel very welcome right upon entry and the chef also greeted us and welcomed us to sit and order anything we would like. You have the choice to order sushi (menus in english) or you can grab from the conveyor belt. We did both (ordered some and conveyor belted some) and when we went and they just tally up the price of your plates when you are finished.
Sushi was high quality and it is fun to watch the food go by as you eat. We went during the rush hour period which is recommended since many people stop on their way home from work so the conveyor belt will be packed.
