“Did the trick - you can't go wrong”
Reviewed April 11, 2013

Very central, clean, quiet, small rooms.
Extremely hard matress though.

Although there wasn't wifi internet the front desk loaned us (for free) a little device the plugged into the internet cable and gave us our own little wifi which was very helpful indeed.

A great little place to stay and close to all the shijuku fun.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights March-April 2013 and had a very good experience.
Smooth check in/check out. You just drop your card in a box if you are in a hurry and doesn't need to pay anything extra (like rent of a laptop)
All the staff we spooked to were friendly and helpful when asking for help or advice.

The size of the room was big enough for us 2 with two large suitcases.
And it was a good thing to not feel claustrophobic when taking a shower.
For us, this was to biggest room so far in Tokyo.

The Nishi-Shinjuku subway station is about 2 min from the hotel and it takes about 10-15 min from the big Shinjuku station depending from which exit you go out to.
I would recommend the A18 exit at the Shinjuku station if you are not carrying to much luggage and the take the overpass so you go over to the other side of Meiji dori street. Go in a west direction, pass a Lawson convenient store and when you pass the 7/11 store you are about 20 meter from the hotel.

Just down the road you will find many café for having a breakfast and Shinjuku is a great place to stay at if you like to shop and eat. Easy access to rest of Tokyo from either Nishi-Shinjuku station or the Shinjuku station. We also liked to have the 7/11 ATM very close so we didn't have to worry about taking out money using a foreign card.

I would return to the hotel since it was good value for money, clean room, traffic at night very quite, and the hotel is in a good location in Shinjuku.

Thank you for staying at our hotel.
We are located in Shinjyuku business area so especially in the night, here is a very quiet and safe place. You may stay safety and comfortable.
The size of double room is 13.6㎡ and twin room is 16.9㎡. This is a little big size in Tokyo.
We appreciate your sincere feedback and hope you will give us the opportunity to welcome you again.
Thank you very much.

I stayed a week here while in Tokyo in October.
The room I got was a little cramped, but ok -after I'd stoved away the suitcase.

The good:
+ Plenty of power outlets
+ Big bed actually and a nice, huge pillow
+ Clean
+ Good cleaning-service
+ Shampoo and soap dispensers in the bathroom
+ Internet (wired)
+ Very close to Nishi-Shinjuku on the Marunochi line and even a short walk from Shinjuku station itself.
+ Not excactly cheap, but ok price for the location and the short booking I made.

The not so good:
- Internet is wired only (WiFi only in the lobby), so you need to pop down to yodobashi and buy a little wireless router if you plan to use your "iUnits".
- No check-in before 15:00, they state this clearly, but it's still annoying, especially after spending 15 hours traveling and arriving very early in the morning in Japan.
- Staff (via phone from the room) was a little bit so-so in English, daytime staff in the lobby spoke English well enough.
- No known shuttle-service to / from Narita airport. Upon request, they simply stated that they did not have this and gave me a (very complicated) pamphlet over bus-times and pointed towards the nightmarish Shinjuku-station. (I ended up traveling with Narita express, after spending half a day inside Shinjuku-station to learn the way from the subway to the express trains instead)
- It can be a little busy with ambulances, because it's located not far from a hostpital, probably depends a little where your room is located.

All in all; It's convenient, clean and practical and a good hub, from which you can travel around the city and look around.

This is an excellent hotel in the centre of Tokyo, just about 100m away from the madness that is Shinjuku.
The best way to get to the hotel is take the subway to Nishi-Shinjuku Metro Station and walk about 70 meters. This is far simpler than trying to get out the correct exit from Shinjuku.
The staff speak Enlish and are always willing to help.
The hotel has a couple of internet linked PC in the lobby whihc are free to use all day long.
The rooms are a good size. I had a single room which nevertheless contained a large (double bed). The rooms and hotel are super clean and modern. It does not have gym or swimming pool, just the basics. There are plenty of shops open all night to get snacks and drinks.
Perfect for someone on a limted sudget.

Excellent location, just a short walk from Nishi-Shinjuku Metro Station. They have a ladies-floor, (14th floor) which I requested for my stay. That floor comes with the washer/dryer and vending machine in a room, which requires the access card to enter. I got the double-bed room, which is considered spacious for a single person. Room is very clean and bed very comfy to sleep in. They offer disposable slippers and also gives sachets of shiseido cleansing oil. The best thing is that the room offers a foot massager! A God-sent after a crazy day of sight-seeing/shopping.

Room Tip: Request for ladies room, if you are lady. :)
