The rooms are a bit small but that is the norm with Tokyo. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly too.The hotel is about a 2 minute walk from the subway and next door to 7/11.Shinjuku is a great area to stay in.

I stayed a week here while in Tokyo in October.
The room I got was a little cramped, but ok -after I'd stoved away the suitcase.

The good:
+ Plenty of power outlets
+ Big bed actually and a nice, huge pillow
+ Clean
+ Good cleaning-service
+ Shampoo and soap dispensers in the bathroom
+ Internet (wired)
+ Very close to Nishi-Shinjuku on the Marunochi line and even a short walk from Shinjuku station itself.
+ Not excactly cheap, but ok price for the location and the short booking I made.

The not so good:
- Internet is wired only (WiFi only in the lobby), so you need to pop down to yodobashi and buy a little wireless router if you plan to use your "iUnits".
- No check-in before 15:00, they state this clearly, but it's still annoying, especially after spending 15 hours traveling and arriving very early in the morning in Japan.
- Staff (via phone from the room) was a little bit so-so in English, daytime staff in the lobby spoke English well enough.
- No known shuttle-service to / from Narita airport. Upon request, they simply stated that they did not have this and gave me a (very complicated) pamphlet over bus-times and pointed towards the nightmarish Shinjuku-station. (I ended up traveling with Narita express, after spending half a day inside Shinjuku-station to learn the way from the subway to the express trains instead)
- It can be a little busy with ambulances, because it's located not far from a hostpital, probably depends a little where your room is located.

All in all; It's convenient, clean and practical and a good hub, from which you can travel around the city and look around.

This is an excellent hotel in the centre of Tokyo, just about 100m away from the madness that is Shinjuku.
The best way to get to the hotel is take the subway to Nishi-Shinjuku Metro Station and walk about 70 meters. This is far simpler than trying to get out the correct exit from Shinjuku.
The staff speak Enlish and are always willing to help.
The hotel has a couple of internet linked PC in the lobby whihc are free to use all day long.
The rooms are a good size. I had a single room which nevertheless contained a large (double bed). The rooms and hotel are super clean and modern. It does not have gym or swimming pool, just the basics. There are plenty of shops open all night to get snacks and drinks.
Perfect for someone on a limted sudget.

Excellent location, just a short walk from Nishi-Shinjuku Metro Station. They have a ladies-floor, (14th floor) which I requested for my stay. That floor comes with the washer/dryer and vending machine in a room, which requires the access card to enter. I got the double-bed room, which is considered spacious for a single person. Room is very clean and bed very comfy to sleep in. They offer disposable slippers and also gives sachets of shiseido cleansing oil. The best thing is that the room offers a foot massager! A God-sent after a crazy day of sight-seeing/shopping.

Room Tip: Request for ladies room, if you are lady. :)

Japanese business hotels have always been said to be small, but this particular was exceeded my expectation. It's not spacious like what you would get from the 5,6-star chains, but I consider my double room very reasonably sized.

Our room was very clean and the furniture looked very new. We had clean towels, sheets and a very comfortable bed. The pillow was very interesting because it's double layered. One side is soft and other side have some kind of beads in it.

Soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided in the bathroom from a pump dispenser. There is a deep bathtub. Shower cap, shower scrub, comb, cotton buds, cleansing oil are provided on a tray by the lift lobby on the ground floor. Slippers and odour spray are also provided in our room.

The bathroom has a low ceiling, and one may feel claustrophobic inside, but there is enough space to move around. The toilet bowl is automated.

There is Internet connection available in the room but not WIfi. If you have a laptop you will be able to hook up to the Internet via the cable provided in the room.

If you're using iPhone, iPad, iTouch, you can try to rent a MyFi device at the airport. It costs 1575 Yen per day for me. The battery life is only about 4 hours max.

There is no room service although there is a cafe located by the entrance of the hotel. Coupons for breakfast at this cafe can be found in the drawer in our room but we didn't make use of it because there are many food options in Tokyo.

It is abut a 2 minute walk to the Nishi-Shinjuku station which is on the Marunouchi Subway Line and about an 8 minute walk to the main Shinjuku JR Line.

If you choose to walk to the Shinjuku JR Line, you will pass by Bic Camera which is a big electronics shop. You also have Keio, Odakyu there, which are big shopping malls.

The Airport Limousine will take you to Shinjuku JR Station area from the airport, after which if you take a taxi to this hotel, it will cost 710 Japanese Yen, which is the starting fare. Because cars can only go one way, the taxi will have to make a big round to get to the hotel. So I suggest if you are not carrying a lot of luggage to try to walk there instead.

McDonalds is located right across the street and there are several convenience stores located here. 7 Eleven, Lawsons and Natural Lawsons (which stocks organic products) are almost side by side.

Some of the staff do not speak much English, but some do, depending on who is on shift. They are very professional and accommodating.
