This seemed like an older style shop to me. As always, impeccable politeness from all staff. I came here at least three times to look at and buy books and magazines in the huge department, one floor of the shop. There is a lovely coffee shop on the B level where you can have delicious iced coffee drinks and ice creams. Lovely, lovely, lovely. This might be my favourite Tokyo department store.

Great food level ... from delicious hot foods and meals, to pastries and sweets, to a full grocery store.
Definately a must see!

This department store is 5 mins walk from Shibuya station. There are 8 floors, with shops found in a typical department store. Recommend to visit Itoya stationery shop at level 3. There are beautifully made cards for birthdays and special occasions, as well as many creative stuff etc.

Everything is so well organized and especially the grocery/food area. It is to die for if you are a foodie! Also, the toilets are really "comforting".

Note: Taking photos is usually not allowed or considered rude in the stores/shops. Try to be sneaky as possible :)

We love going to the food hall, it's the best one we've visited. Lots of choice, and very busy. A lot of Japanese go there for ready meals. Great place to eat sushi.
