A huge park complete with a food festival, water features, a temple, shady woodland and places to sit and people watch. If you fancy some down time, then this is the place for it. I should imagine in the Spring or Autumn it is at its best, but on a hot , humid August day, it was somewhere to cool down a bit. This August the Pokemon craze was in full swing so there were hundreds of people catching them everywhere, it was fun just to watch them!

loved the scenic walk here and the opportunity to witness a competition of cultural dancers from all over Japan. Would love to come back here someday again.

Nice place right in the city centre to relax and stroll around. Full of people yet calm. Many benches to sit for a while.

We spent a couple of hours here on a lovely hot sunny afternoon, we just found a bench to sit and watch the world go by! We walked from Shibuya to get to the park, walking through an organic produce market and past a stage with a couple of pink haired girls singing about chocolate gateau! Lots of people in the park playing Pokemon go, kids being taught about bugs, and a man on a bicycle wearing a snorkel, cycling round and round a small lake! Very entertaining.
