Very good location within walking distance from Shinjuku JR station.
Adding quietness located in uncrowded area of Shinjuku.

But semi-double is basically the same room as a single room, too small for two person if they don't really love each other so much.
You're being charged more for the extra guest staying with you, which is rather strange tradition in Japan Hotel industry.

Breakfast buffet was fine with western and Japanese traditional breakfast items.

If you don't mind the cramped space, this hotel will be fine with good location.

Room Tip: Semi-double would be rather too small for two person. Try larger room if the pricing is right. Also, try hotel's own website for promotions; breakfast package was more than worth it.

Much cleaner than I expected. Rooms are basic and small, but for the location, this hotel is very nice. The hotel is very easy to find and a very short walk from shinjuku station. There are 3 washing machines and three dryers available for use in the basement floor garage (300 yen to wash and 100 yen to dry for 30 mins. Dryers are not so good, have to put 300 yens to get everything to dry)

This hotel was our base for a 5 night city trip to Tokyo.
If you prepare a bit, it is quite easy to find, once you find the right exit from Shinjuku station (good luck :-) )
Rooms are not big, this is Japan, right. but they are nicely equipped and VERY clean. Airco works well and quiet.
There were no in-room safe for your belongings !!

The airport bus from Narita stops at the hotel, so that can be convenient if your arrival is after 14.00.
We found breakfast buffet in the hotel to be a good offer !

Also, nice fancy "high-teck" bathrooms were very interesting to "explore"

Would stay again!

Everything that was mentioned by previous contributors are true i.e. great location, really helpful staff etc...

The economy rooms ARE small, to the the extent that there wasn't space to fully open our luggage (except on the bed).

The staff are really helpful and made the effort to assist us with navigating the area, which is quite chaotic. A good tip they provided was to skip the subway and take the JR Express bus to Disneyland - the bus station was a short walk from the hotel and it took all of 30 mins to get us to our destination!

Will definitely stay with them again in future but perhaps opt for a bigger room instead.

Don't drink in bar, beer in vending machines near lifts is less than a quarter of bar price. Conveniently located for train and metro. Go straight across road, up some steps and turn left onto pedestrianised boulevard where you will find krispycreme donughts and a Starbucks, both good for breakfast en-route to train station which itself is only a five minute walk from hotel. Getting around on the train is a doddle.
