As the restaurant is in the Mark-city mall which is attached to the maze-like Shibuya station, this place is excellent as a meeting place. Out of towners can find the place if they follow direction and ask around. The price is reasonable and on weekends it is nicely crowded. Several types of pinchos is on the menu, but many other dishes come in appetizer sizes. If you'd like paella, remember to order early. It takes half an hour to prepare. If you are planning a sit down dinner, it is better to call ahead. Service is all right but tend to gets slower when crowded. Last time time I dined there, I did not have enough room for desert. I'd love to go back for some Creme Catalana.
