Chibo is located on the 38th floor of the Yebisu Garden Place Tower, so the views of Tokyo are amazing. This was my first experience of eating okonoyimaki, the pancake-based cuisine most associated with Hiroshima and Kansai. The pancakes can be filled with various ingredients - mine was seafood and vegetables. Enjoyed the experience, though I don't think it's my favorite style of Japanese food. Chibo also specializes in teppanyaki and we had some excellent (though expensive) grilled sirloin. By Tokyo standards, the prices were not too high - we paid approximately $150 for two people, though we had plenty of food and a couple of beers each.
