Get the tuna on the bone. Very unique dish an the rock shrimp. The sauce of the rock shrimp is to die for.

Coming back here again and again. Outstanding

We booked a reservation at this place and unfortunately were not really happy with the experience. We had 5 dishes and none of them were very good or creative (including the signature dish that I would skip next time). The best part was the staff and service as they were really great and fun.

A nice little restaurant with very fresh seafood and warm service in a slightly boisterous but thoroughly enjoyable setting. The food can best be described as Japanese given a modern twist. As none of us had been there before, we decided on the omakase, which turned out to be a 12-course feast for just ¥4,500!
The meal kicked off with its signature fish carpaccio, Sengyo No Carpaccio, with garlic, olive oil, balsamico and basil. Absolutely delightful. We also enjoyed the wagyu beef sushi, the really fresh and generous sashimi platter, the seafood miso soup and more... The dinner ended on a sweet and perfect note with stick-like slabs of matcha cheesecake.
Our only grouse was that the smoke from the open kitchen got a little too overwhelming...

Finding a more casual dining option with great quality food in a big city can sometimes be difficult. If this is what you are after, this place is definitely worth a visit. We had sashimi, teriyaki chicken, salad and the gyoza. All great quality and tasty. A fun atmosphere. English menus to make life easier, but plenty of young locals dining there too. Recommend a visit.
