Stayed for 4Days and 3 Nights with my family. We booked two rooms (Triple and Double room) the triple room has a double bed with one extra bed while the double bed has 2 single size bed.

We stayed during the Golden week so it was quite fully booked but we never had any issue in checking in (the receptionist know how to speak english).

Wifi is available at the room however it was quite slow compared to the pocket wifi we rented. So we relied on the pocket wifi instead. Aircondition at the hotel was one of our issue it was not that cool we even called the reception to have it adjusted however we were advise that its aleady at its lowest temp. So we were advise that it was ok to open the windows so that’s what we did till the room was cool enough for us.

Room has complete amenities. The hotel’s location is good as its 5-10mins walk to the Kamata Train station however its quite far from the tourist attraction but it was never an issue since we used the train station a lot! There were malls, restaurants, mcdonalds, 7-11, lawson and even an arcade place near the hotel.

I would recommend the place if you want to stay on a peace and quite place quite near tokyo center.

Stayed with family from 01st May till 03rd May 2019. Walking distance to the JR Kamata station. 7-11, Mc Donald's and many other options for food. Rooms are relatively small but provides free tea/coffee for the vary guests which is most welcome.

Very nice staff with amazing English. About 25 minutes by bus to Haneda airport or you can take the metro which is also very close. The motel itself is nice and the area around it is full of small restaurants and shops. Good for a nice walk around.
