Stayed with family from 01st May till 03rd May 2019. Walking distance to the JR Kamata station. 7-11, Mc Donald's and many other options for food. Rooms are relatively small but provides free tea/coffee for the vary guests which is most welcome.

Very nice staff with amazing English. About 25 minutes by bus to Haneda airport or you can take the metro which is also very close. The motel itself is nice and the area around it is full of small restaurants and shops. Good for a nice walk around.
Hotel is 3 star but had everything that you need for tourist visit: very close to the Kamata JR train station, a lot of diferent restaurants around hotel, nice shopping mall very close, supermarket "7 eleven" near by...
Room is big and comfortable, bads also, badroom spacious, everything very clean...
Breakfast is a mixture of European and Japanese cuisine.
Staff is very friendly and advisable.

Great hotel only 400 metres from train station, staff very friendly, helpful and spoke good English.
Room good size for japan as was the bathroom, room had full size bath very handy with all accessories.
Close by lots and lots of food options and supermarket close by along with many shops to buy whatever you need.

This property is very close to the haneda airport and therefore was my first pick to stay. Very comfortable stay and absolute cleanliness around. There were many good places to eat around the hotel. I remember walking to a nearby restaurant to eat some great japanese food.
Do pick this one in case you are looking for a property near the airport.
The staff was nice and spoke English. The location is close to plently of restaurants and a nice department store. I believe the lack of proper cleaning under the beds lead to us getting bit by dustmites the first night. The staff moved our stuff into another room and all was great after that.
