The hotel is good overall, the front desk staff are very cheery, polite, helpful and accommodating. The room was about what we expected, we'd already stayed in 3 other hotels in Japan, and this one was probably more like a 'western' hotel than a couple of the others we stayed in. What it needs is a bit of an upgrade though... the centre console in the room was supposed to control the air conditioning or at least the fan, but it didn't. The radio didn't work. But the light switches did, so that was a plus. The weather outside was cool, but in the room it got up to 27C. We informed the desk staff, unfortunately we cannot control the room temperature. The beds were firmer than anything we'd slept on previously, the pillow was two-sided, one side with foam and the other with peas. Not the end of the world, just took some getting used to. In terms of location, it is VERY close to the Kamata station, so access is quick and easy. If you like curry, there's a good Nepalese restaurant around the corner, there's also a McDonalds, and a host of other typical small Japanese noodle houses. Right across the street is the bowling alley. Our room faced the main road and highway and rail lines, so sleeping with the window open to help cool down the room meant a bit of noise, but at home in Toronto we sleep beside the highway so it's not too different. It was relatively inexpensive, and the room was stocked with the usual shampoo, body soap, toothbrush, paste, razors and shaving gel. The front staff were very helpful and took watch of our luggage prior to check-in at 3PM and after we checked out at 10AM a few days later.

Room tip: try to get a room which does not face the rail lines - the trains start early

The location of the hotel is good - near Kamata station and is a walking distance. But the hotel is very budget and the toilet is very small and stink too. Already reported to the house keeping but still very smelly. Carpets are not vacuum and when we need to push the bed (because we have a 5 years old sleeping with us), we see lots of dusts and rubbish underneath. Will not return and will not recommended to others too.

They don't have a safe for your valuables and after our room was cleaned my brother's PASMO (travel card with about $20 left on the bedside table) went missing. We informed reception staff when we were heading out and they insisted on going up to our room to check but because we were leaving we said they should do so when we come back. When we came back it was a different staff member, but he was briefed and accompanied us up to our room. He searched our room (on hands and knees) but the missing PASMO did not turn up.

They did not have any service recovery and when we asked if it was possible to check out a bit later (an hour) they said it was chargeable. When we checked out, there was also no mention or update of the missing item.

Also, you get a bottle of water per person per day, which you collect from reception, and when i went to collect mine they insisted i had collected it when i had not.

Their service in general is quite lacking, and their rooms and amenities are old but relatively clean and the provided toiletries aren't bad. Just make sure you keep everything of yours locked in your suitcase whenever you leave the room and hope you're one of the lucky ones who encounters pleasant staff.

I stayed here because of my late plan that changed from Narita to Haneda. I arrived at 11.00 pm so no choice that I must spend my night around the airport after 13 hours flight.

Honestly I found this hotel accidentally because there were only 3 hotels in Agoda web reservation for that night. I chose this according to the price.

The location is near Haneda airport. I just showed my reservation in my Iphone to the taxi driver then after he read Japanese language on it for a while he understood the location.

The staffs hotel were quite good. They already prepared my reservation when I arrived at the hotel exhaustedly. So I and family could rest directly. Yes their English was limited but still can communicated with me.

The room was very small but clean and had a coffee maker.

The breakfast was very simple but I understood because this os the budget hotel. Very simple but quite complete. There were rice and also bread.

The best point of this hotel is near the train station. Just walk 5-7 minutes. So it was very easy for me and family to continue my trip to Tokyo after the breakfast.

The staffs hotel were nice to inform about it. They also help me when 15 minutes after I checkout I just realized that I left my jacket at the room. They helped me when I came back to take my jacket. Nice :)

This hotel was wonderful! We were at a triple occupancy and we stayed at 3 hotels on our trip to Japan, this was the most accommodating and had the biggest room to hold 3 beds. Don't get me wrong, it was still a little tight but manageable. The staff was extremely friendly! They will help you out with anything and everything that they can and yes, some of the night staff didn't speak English as well, but they always have 2 people there and it seems that if one cannot speak English that well, then the other person can so we never had any issues. It's also close to Kamata station and if you get the JR Rail pass, then this hotel is at the ideal location! If you exit Kamata station from the South exit, and just walk straight towards the McDonald's that is outside the station. You will want to keep walking past the McDonald's and next to that is a huge store called "Yuzawaya." You will pass then you will make a right. After that, you are going to walk one small block and on the next street, make a left and see the hotel on your left side. They will give you bottles of water and help you out with anything that you could need. I highly recommend that hotel.
