Rooms are small but adequate in size. Smartly configured, practically appointed, and VERY clean and comfortable. Incredibly strong shower pressure- a delight when you arrive after midnight after a long day of travel, and all you want is to feel fresh and clean again so that you can sleep and travel again too soon. And you sleep very well here. Comfortable bed and clean pillow, sheet, blanket. Amenities even provided. What more do you need? A/C works, as do TV and blowdrier, all this for such a reasonable price (less than $80 for one person, a little more for a double). Hotel provides a shuttle to the airport with frequent service. I had to take a taxi from Haneda TO the hotel because I arrived at 100am- last shuttles run around 10:00pm. Cost of taxi - a very reasonable 1250 yen. Breakfast and coffee served on premises- and vending machines offer a variety cold drinks, including Asahi beer. Free internet in the lobby, with many comfortable chairs and tables to wait for the shuttle or your friends. Also, hotel staff kindly, expertly, practically and professionally store your luggage for you free of charge- pretty much a necessity since check out is at an early 10:00 a.m. Two minute walk to the subway- Otori station- direct shot to Asakusa area (but not every train is direct). Lovely little bakery on the street entrance to the subway. A Seven- Eleven just across the street, too. Perfect little hotel for a short stay, despite the diminutive room and bathroom size.

We stayed one night in this hotel for a nine-hour transit at Haneda Airport. The hotel-airport shuttle service is good and on-time, it only takes 10 minutes. Check-in is smooth and the WiFi is free. A set of moisture mask and pyjama are given to us for free at check-in. The room is tiny and cramped but this is the norm for all the hotels in Tokyo. Given the price is about US$100 per night, I have no complaint.

This is an inexpensive hotel near Haneda. Very small room, clean
with free wi-fi. Free 'continental' breakfast and free
shuttle bus to the airport. Decent front desk service.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

If you arrive at Haneda Airport after 12.30pm, then the only way to reach this hotel is by cab as the MRT, trains and hotel shuttle options are out. Our cab fare is 1430 yen (irregardless of number of passengers but no more than 3 a cab) and takes about 10 minutes to reach this hotel.

Pros:-
1) Right opposite the hotel is a 7-Eleven which opens 24 hours and will be a preview of the convenience store food that Japan offer. Please try the Oden which is a boiled soup with ingredients that you can select such as egg, radish etc. It is a wonderful experience to eat this especially if arriving via the late night flight.
2) 5 mins walking access to the Otorii Station Keikyu Line which you can transfer to Shinagawa in which you can transfer via JR to Shibuya and to the other JR line destinations. Beware that the Shinagawa station destinations are not very tourist friendly.
3) Friendly English speaking hotel receptionist with myriad of vending machines in the lobby as well as a sleeping gown in which you can borrow

Cons:-
1) Tiny room for an above acerage price. Bed is way too cramped for 2 people. However you can use the infamous Japanese toilets with its bidets and other gadgets. Bathroom is adequately spaced.

Great location, good facilities, just let down by the cramped tiny room

We had to stay close to the airport so we stayed here for two nights. The room was tiny and they did not clean/service the room which was a little weird but they did leave clean towels on the door each morning. The room rate was super affordable considering what we paid at other hotel during our Tokyo stay, and although this was in no way a nice place to stay it was clean, bed was comfy enough, they had free wifi (YAY!) and breakfast (good, basic, traditional Jpaanese breakfast) was included. It was a quick 2-train stop ride to the airport but the downside was that travelling anywhere else was a bit of a pain. There was a 7-11 across the street which came in really handy and a noodle shop next to the 7-11 which had an amazing bowl of udon and an awesome chicken katsu-curry dish. The guy there spoke english and was super friendly! May be helpful to make reservation here, we needed to stay an extra night and they were fully booked so we had to go to another toyoko-inn and that one was horrible in comparison. The staff here was hit and miss, one girl didn't know her right from her left but there was another girl there that spoke english and she was incredibly helpful. Also they have free computers and free printing in the loccy, very useful!
