“This is the hotels main restaurant”
Reviewed January 10, 2013

Again being a frequent visitor to the hills complex this place features high on a place very good for business meetings - ie coffee, early lunch, late lunch or just a drink and cheese/cold cut at the bar

The restaurant is also the main hotel 'all is everything' type and 'French kitchen' is perhaps misleading. ..... I would break this into three - breakfast, lunch and dinner/ drinks as I frequent for each living in Japan

- lunch or brunch if you a late riser
In a city where a good breakfast *proviso on what you like* is hard to find this place is great ... Yes many other international hotels serve a good breakfast BUT this place has an outdoors that is both open and refreshing. Breakfast volume is what you would expect from a place geared towards international travelers ..... Pricing ... Well you don't go for a cheap breakfast but then if you want that eat at home! Each of the dishes ala carte are fine or you can still go for the traditional Buffett. Again very good.

- Lunch
Again a good bet for business as the service is very good and efficient. It's not too noisy if you sit in the booth or the section immediately on the left as entering. The ease with here is the menu has something for everyone - obviously western style. I wouldn't say you would bee-line here but make it a safe choice for good quality food and for less adventurous eaters you may have

- dinner/drinks
Sit at the marble bar counter from late afternoon and enjoy a vino. Wide wine choice though typically high prices for some bottles as usual in Japan and these locations ... Though they are not all highly priced and you can spend as much for a decent wine here as you would for some nasty wine at a supposed 'wine bar' in marounouhi or shinjuku .....

Again the convenience and service and feeling are what make this a good choice. If you want hustle and bustle go elsewhere.

You have everything you can expect there for brunch -- not so French in fact but good brunch -- good for breakfast meetings.
