Each timeI stay in Tokyo, I stay at this hotel, everything is amazing, clean and made for you to have an amazing stay.
Rooms can be noisy, it's best to ask for a room on the tower or Park side and on a high floor to have a nice view from the room.
Avoid corner rooms which are from far the noisiest!

This huge tower hotel is located in the Minato district of Tokyo, next to the Tokyo Tower. The hotel is beautiful on the inside even though the outside looks a bit dated. Staff were very very nice. My room was large, excellent, and clean and had a balcony with a wonderful view of Tokyo.

The only (minor) issue with this property is getting there. From the Tokyo central station, take the "lime green - loop" train south to Hammamatsu-cho station. Its a short ($7 US) cab ride or 15 mins walk from there. If you are arriving with a lot of bags, I highly suggest a cab trip. In the reverse direction, the hotel offers a free shuttle to the Hammamatsu station which is a nice bonus.

You can walk to the Tokyo tower in about 5 mins.

The Prince Park Tower is excellent. Showing its age a bit if you look closely around the edges, but exceptionally clean, great rooms and the most amazing service! Seriously, I cannot stress how great the service is at this hotel. The regular shuttle service to one of the mail train stations/monorail makes this hotel a great place to stay especially for a first time visit to Tokyo. Just note that the shuttle runs stop at 9:45pm, but there are 2 subway stations close. Plus, the Tokyo Tower is pretty cool to visit and makes for great photos.

I love the breakfast, natural hot spring spa, and shops in the hotel. The prices are very reasonable. My room is big and with nice view. The price is only 1/2 or 1/3 of Hyatt or Four Season's hotel. When I checked out, I left my Hemes scarf and other valuable items in my room. When I got on the limo bus to the airport, someone from the hotel returned my favorite Scarf with other valuable to me in a plastic bag.

Very comfortable stay in large standard Park Twin room. Great beds, wonderful bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and separate shower. I would suggest to refresh furniture, wallpaper and TV, but this had no impact on level of comfort.
Free wi-fi works really well in the room.
Close to Hamamatsucho / Daimon, 2 connected train stations, with direct train to Narita Airport for only 1280 yen and to Haneda airport for only 470 yen. Walk or use free hotel courtesy shuttle to Hamamatsucho station.
You can get great room rates, but breakfast, fitness, and pool are extra, and quite expensive. The deluxe bakery in the large hotel shop was offers good alternatives for breakfast.
One comment for Prince Hotel in general. Please keep the PCI member program up to date or just skip it. Last newsletter is from 2011 !!!! Currently the PCI dedicated website has old news, no good deals that could include breakfast or use of facilities. Given special rates are even more expensive than rates on the standard Prince Hotels website.

Room Tip: To find Hotel shuttle bus in Hamamatsucho follow BUS TERMINAL signs. Check shuttle schedule on websi...

Stayed here a couple of nights. Check-in process smooth and efficient. Room very nice and clean. I would stay here again. Each morning we walked to a nearby coffee shop for breakfast. Easy location to find since it is near the Tokyo tower. From most places in the city you can see the tower.

We were for a 10 days trip, for the very first time in Japan. The corner room at Prince Park Tower is a very good choice. I was extremely satisfied about the cleanliness of the entire place, about the friendliness of every employee and about the "green wiew" from the room window.
The 33rd floor bar is a wonderfull place with one of the best Tokyo wiew.
Large Rooms and techno toilets are also highlights of the hotel.
